Since conception in late 2011, Machines has managed to write and record two EP's, complete 2 Canadian tours, and shoot 2 music videos for their singles "Oceans" and "Departures". Trying to categorize Machines is not an easy task as they seem to have no problem meshing heavy with melody. Coming from all different musical backgrounds, the members had all grown up in the local hardcore/metal scene playing shows and touring together.

Machines version of heavy music can best be described as an intense wall of sound mixed with clever time signatures and epic melody. Future plans see this 4 piece touring Canada and the United States before the year is out, and continuing to promote and showcase this bands message to as many people as possible. If you have the opportunity to check these guys out live you will not regret it, as their live show is by far their strongest element, and is something not to be missed.

2011年に結成したマシーンズは、これまでに2枚のＥＰを製作／レコーディングし、2回のカナダツアーに加え、シングル版”Departures”のミュージックビデオを製作してきた。マシーンズの音楽を一言で言い表すことは不可能だ。ヘビーミュージックからきれいなメロディラインまで、多様な音楽を創り出しているのがマシーンズだからだ。様々なバックグラウンドを持つメンバーは、地元ハードコア／メタルシーンでのプレイ、ツアーを通し、共に成長してきた。
